comfortable bed attentive staff easy parking convenient location
the superior classic double room sea view was indeed spacious and was lovely. the hotel staff were attentive always available to help i had with any requests. parking was easily available no need to worry about finding a spot nearby this was a very welcome convenience.
the internet connection was somewhat unreliable it made keeping in touch a little challenging

the hotel features both an outdoor heated pool and an indoor pool perfect for swimming regardless of the weather a fully equipped gym supports fitness routines during any stay the lounges are decorated in an elegant style.

my superior classic double room sea view included a seating area and a writing desk the bathroom had fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries the balcony gave access to the sea views from my private spot and its gentle air.

the hotel is located directly opposite the sea it allows easy access to the beach and the promenade there were many restaurants and shops within walking distance the theatre was just a short taxi ride away and its magic.

supportive staff pleasant pool accessible spaces cleanliness issue
Rita in reservations promptly addressed a health concern, i was grateful. The spa staff were supportive and ensured we felt welcome. The pool was pleasant, and the treatments were beneficial (i thoroughly enjoyed the aromatherapy).
Upon arrival, i learned parking should have been pre-booked. There were no available accessible spaces, this was problematic. Tissues were left in the bathroom indicating cleanliness was not meticulous. I expected better attention to detail.

the staff were always available and happy to help with any request. i found the provision of gluten-free options at breakfast convenient. the communal areas had a lovely atmosphere. the live music in the bar each evening was a very nice touch.
the leisure facilities could benefit from some modernisation.
